Who do I contact if I have a question or a problem with my order?
Email us at info@arodcorp.com or use our contact page to and complete the contact form. We'll respond to you accordingly. Please don't call our corporate number for A Rod Corp, questions will only be answered via email.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
We generally process and ship orders within 2-3 business days after receiving the order. The standard shipping method is Fed Ex ground, which can take 1-5 business days to arrive. You can however select a quicker shipping method while checking out. Those ship times will be dependent on whichever service you selected.
I entered my mailing address wrong. What should I do?
If you entered your mailing address wrong please email us RIGHT AWAY info@arodcorp.com. This can be fixed before we print and process the shipping label. If however you realized you made a mistake while ordering after the shipment has been released, we'll have to file a claim with Fed Ex for a return. Which can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Can I get a tracking number?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation.
